What time can we arrive?
Please notify us of the time you have chosen – either 3 pm, 4 pm or 6 pm. This is the time we will meet you at Reception.
At what time do we have to vacate the Cabin on the day of departure?
We ask you to release your cabin before 11:00.
Are the availability shown on the website up to date?
Yes, all of our bookings are updates instantly and availabilities visible in the Reservations tab are real.
Will he settle for a down payment?
We ask you to pay your entire stay prior to arrival to confirm your reservation.
Is it possible to pay in Holiday vouchers?
When booking on our website, secure payment by credit card will be required. If you do not want to pay online, send us an email specifying the date and the chosen cabin and we will send you a confirmation option. You can then pay by check, bank transfer or holiday vouchers!
How to offer overnight with a gift voucher?
Go to pagegift voucher and select the cabin of your choice, and follow the process. You will receive your gift ready to offer valid for one year.
If you opt for a fixed date reservation, order a gift voucher at the time of booking.
I’m pregnant, can I come to the cabin?
It may be advisable to access some huts when you are pregnant. For this, we only accept you stay in a cabin accessible by stairs.
Can I come with a baby?
The cabins accessible with young children are those accessible by stairs.
Can we bring our own food?
You can indeed bring a cold lunch to enjoy in your cabin.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately we can not accept our animal friends for hygiene and safety issues.
How bedding?
The double beds are 160 x 200 cm and single beds 90 x 190 cm. They are all equipped with pillows and duvets.
Are linens provided?
In tree cabins, only the pillowcases are provided as well as a duvet and blankets. We recommend you bring a sleeping bag.
In the floating cabins, bed sheets will be provided as well as a duvet and blankets.
Are the cabins heated?
Additional heating is available in low season (April, October and November). However, we ask to turn them off at night.
How do dry toilets?
A bit of sawdust and voila! Dry toilets are part of this new experience!
How do you go up the luggage in the cabins?
The rope by which we deliver the baskets also winching luggage. This is why you need to load to a minimum.
Can we bring candles or a stove?
It is forbidden to use any other flame object that the material we provide.
Are huts close to each other?
All cabins have been designed without opposite of one another. The new cabins (Atlantis, Ecstasy, Infinite and Far) are more remote, located on the area of the bottom.
Can we park near the cabins?
Car parks were designed nearby huts so you can easily retrieve your hardware. However, rather easily transportable Bags Far and Infinite huts. We also thank you to limit the use of your vehicle on the field once installed.
